Greek Buyurdi (Bougourdi)

Let’s prepare

Cut the peppers – green, red and yellow (1 e.) in circles, the tomatoes (2) to large cubes and crush the Feta cheese (200 g). Use just the white part of the fresh onion stalk (1) and chop it finely.

Grease the bottom of the pan with the olive oil (4 tbsp) and add the other ingredients – first the pepper circles, then the onion. On top of them, place the Feta cheese and the tomatoes. Season with the dried oregano and pour more olive oil depending on your taste. 

Preheat the oven to 200° C (390 °F) and bake for 15-20 minutes with the oven fan on.
