Hari (Spicy Mint) Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 2 green chilli peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
Let’s prepare
To start with, peal the garlic (1 clove). Chop the fresh mint (1 cup) and coriander (1/2 cup) leaves, the chilli peppers and the garlic. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and grate the ginger. Add everything into a blender and blend until it turns into a smooth mixture. If it seems too thick, you can add some water until you get the texture you’d like.
You can keep it in the fridge for up to five days.
